Yardandpool.com offers a 30 day return policy on eligible items that are new, in original condition unused/unopened and in its original packaging. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. If you have a return, you must Contact Us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any return received without a RMA number will be refused.

Incorrect Item Received / Missing Item / Order Shortages
Customers who receive an incorrect item due to Yardandpool.com’s error must contact us within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Once we have received the request, we will send you a return label and issue a RMA number. Upon receipt of the incorrect item, we will ship out the correct item or refund the purchase price. Shipments of correct item(s) will only be sent via standard ground service. Any order shortages or missing items must also be reported within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
Damaged Item Received – Standard Ground Service
If an item was received damaged, please contact us within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Please provide images of the damage as they will be needed before we can ship a replacement item or issue a refund. Please do not discard any packaging and merchandise. Damage merchandise may need to be picked up by our shipper before a replacement or refund is issued.
Damaged Item Received – Freight Carrier Service
Items too large and/or heavy are shipped via Freight Carrier Service. If you received a freight shipment damaged, you must note all damages on the delivery document with the delivery driver. The delivery service is contracted to provide you reasonable amount of time to inspect the shipment being delivered. After documenting all the damages on the delivery document with the delivery driver, please accept the shipment and contact us immediately. Please keep the shipment as delivered and we will arrange for the shipment to be picked up. We will get another shipment shipped out.
Damaged Package in Transit
You will receive your order tracking number(s) after your order has been shipped to your email address associated with your order. The tracking number(s) provided will display your order transit status. If your shipment is damaged in transit, the tracking information will display this incident. We will get another shipment shipped out via standard ground service.
Lost / Missing Package
You will receive your order tracking number(s) after your order has been shipped to your email address associated with your order. The tracking number(s) provided will display your order transit status. If your shipment is lost/missing, please notify us immediately. We will contact the shipping carrier to try and locate the package.
Defective Item or Missing Part
If an item was defective upon receipt or parts are missing, it is considered a warranty claim. Please see the warranty claim section below. Customer may still return the item for credit following our Return Policy only after the customer has completed the warranty claim and the issue could not be resolved by the manufacturer.
Yardandpool.com does not warrant any product it sells. Warranty claims on items that are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty must be submitted to the manufacturer directly unless otherwise stated. Manufacturers of the products sold on Yardandpool.com are responsible for all warranty issues. If an item was defective upon receipt, becomes defective or has missing parts, it is considered a warranty claim.
You are responsible to provide your correct address and be available as required to sign for and/or pick up packages as needed (business address, hazmat, freight shipment, etc.). Signature service may be required at the sole discretion of the carrier. Packages returned as undeliverable will be considered a return and will follow by the conditions of this return policy.
